Healthy Popsicle Recipe: Mango BCAA

These BCAA pops are great after a workout, outdoor hike, or for a summer refresher!

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Pour into popsicle container and place in your freezer.
  3. Wait  for the popsicles to freeze
  4. Enjoy!
