Pumpkin Protein Bites

These pumpkin protein bites are an easy snack to take on the go. They are great for the fall or holiday season as a treat that won’t break the belt!

  • 1.5 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 scoop iSatori vanilla Bio-Whey
  • Pinch of salt
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix together. (You can also use a food processor to mix).
  2. With the mixture combined, form small balls. Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate for 1 hour. Cover in a Tupperware container and store in the fridge for over a week. Enjoy!
