I included this Creatine to my stack last year and after my last off bulk I gained 10lbs if mass. I was able to gain without any bloating or retaining excessive water..
I was using a straight monohydrate because the message board all said it was _good enough_. I read a bit more on A5X and finally decided to switch. I stack it with my post workout whey shake and in the morning I take a serving with my orange juice (I know __ old school). I’m glad I switched because my strength is up on all big lifts and some isolations. My weight is up 3 pounds in the first two weeks with a bit more definition. I have recommended this to my training partner and he’s almost done his first week so we’ll see what he has to say. I’m a big fan.
